Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 12+ years of aviation industry experience with a focus on project/program management and company strategy development & execution.
  • 3+ years of experience working across different business units and disciplines to drive collaboration and results.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to work variable hours as needed to interact with customers and colleagues in other regions and time zones.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% of the time, domestic and international.
  • Successful candidates must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee multiple complex, large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Manage project teams, resources, associated tasks, and daily operations using program and project management best practices.
  • Direct and delegate work to ensure performance to plan.
  • Oversee progress from initiation through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives are met.
  • Resolve issues and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Develop strategies for complex problems and regional sales opportunities.
  • Work with senior leadership and across Boeing to develop and manage regional strategies.
  • Develop differentiated strategies, marketing communication strategies, and messages.
  • Recommend and implement strategies, strategic alliances, and partnerships.
  • Develop understanding of customer business, culture, regulatory requirements, and country needs to capture opportunities.
  • Develop and prioritize business opportunities for internal investments and resources.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and costs for strategic initiative programs and projects.
  • Lead cost-reduction activities as needed and hold project leaders accountable to financial targets.
  • Collaborate across multiple Boeing business units to capture opportunities, understand requirements, gain commitments, optimize contributions, and achieve objectives.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
  • Develop and manage communication tools, metrics, reports, and executive business strategy presentations.
  • Lead formulation and recommendation of business objectives, strategies, and plans.
  • Provide support and advice on commercial campaign strategies
