Job summary

WSP is seeking a Regional Aviation Program & Business Development Leader to drive growth and program development across airports in the Southeast region. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and pursue opportunities with airports, carriers, and developers to deliver aviation projects.

The role requires deep aviation experience, strategic leadership, and strong communication to influence stakeholders and win proposals across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise on program management and design of infrastructure projects.
• 15+ years of professional leadership experience in aviation.
• Strong strategic leadership with ability to influence across teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical oversight capabilities.
• Proven client-facing experience and budgeting acumen.
• Knowledge of FAA advisory circulars and sponsor processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead aviation program and business development in the Southeast region.
• Develop strategic plans and drive growth at major airports listed in the region.
• Identify cross-business opportunities and build partnerships.
• Recruit, develop and retain staff to grow aviation business.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary design and program/construction management.
• Manage scope, schedule and budgets; ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Represent WSP at industry events and coordinate with account sponsors.
• Provide leadership on risk, innovation and Future Ready opportunities.
