Job summary

Boeing is seeking a senior project/program leader to oversee multiple large-scale initiatives across the enterprise. You will guide teams, manage resources, and ensure delivery aligned with schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The role requires deep aviation-industry experience, cross-functional collaboration, and PMP/CAPM certification. You will interact with senior leadership, define regional strategies, and drive strategic partnerships and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of aviation industry experience with a focus on project/program management and company strategy development & execution.
• 3+ years of experience working across different business units and disciplines to drive collaboration and results.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Products (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Willing to work variable hours as needed to interact with customers and colleagues in other regions and time zones.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% of the time, domestic and international.
• Experience working with global markets, especially Southeast Asia.
• Experience building enduring and effective relationships with C-suite, executives, senior management, and team leaders.
• Experience working with aviation-related government policies and/or regulatory agencies.
• CAPM (Certified Associate of Project Management) or PMP Certification.
• Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple complex, large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Manage project teams, resources, associated tasks, and daily operations using program and project management best practices.
• Direct and delegate work to ensure performance to plan.
• Monitor progress from initiation through completion to meet schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.
• Resolve issues and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Develop strategies for complex problems and regional sales opportunities.
• Work with senior leadership across Boeing to develop regional strategies.
• Develop differentiated strategies, marketing communication strategies, and messages.
• Recommend and implement strategies, strategic alliances, and partnerships.
• Develop understanding of customer business, culture, regulatory requirements, and country needs to capture new opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and costs; lead cost-reduction activities as needed.
• Collaborate across marketing and sales, customer support, strategy, engineering, product development, training, supply chain, Boeing Global Services, Boeing International, and Boeing Engineering, Test & Technology.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and manage communication tools, metrics, reports, and executive business strategy presentations.
• Lead formulation and recommendation of business objectives, strategies, and plans.
• Support and advise on commercial campaign strategies.
• Drive collaboration, integration, and alignment.
