Job summary

refurbed is Europe’s fastest-growing marketplace for refurbished products, remote-first and open to candidates in Europe. We are seeking an SEA Manager to own Google Ads and Shopping for country accounts, drive growth beyond core categories, and collaborate with Markets, Category Marketing and Supply.

You’ll report to the SEA Team Lead and work with cross-functional teams to implement automation, test new formats, and optimize performance across markets.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping, Search and DemandGen)
• Certifications in Google Skillshop
• Experience with feeds using GMC custom labels, feed rules, disapprovals; tools like Channable or Productsup
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Editor, Looker Studio/Tableau; SQL is a plus
• Curious, tests new approaches, aware of Google product updates; strong data mindset; habit of automation and feedback loops
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own SEA and Shopping for a portfolio of country accounts: campaign structure, feeds, bidding and budgets.
• Be the go-to partner for markets’ teams on paid search priorities, trends and competitors.
• Support multi-category growth tests with Category Marketing and turn learnings into playbooks and reporting.
• Roll out category changes in your accounts and help colleagues implement them.
• Build performance reporting for Supply team and brand partners.
• Cover colleagues’ accounts during absences using runbooks and quality checks.
• Automate repetitive setup and reporting to reduce manual work.
• Share learnings and contribute to the test roadmap.
