Job summary

Westwing is seeking a Senior SEA Manager based in Munich to own performance campaigns across Google, Bing, Criteo, YouTube, and emerging AI advertising platforms. You will manage seven-figure monthly budgets with a focus on profitability, and partner with the Team Lead Paid Media on complex strategic initiatives.

You will lead and mentor the SEA intern, drive AI-enabled automation, and collaborate with Analytics and Tech for data excellence and high-quality product feeds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEA experience with Google Ads and other platforms
• Proven track record managing seven-figure monthly budgets in ecommerce
• Strong profitability steering, budget planning, and bid optimization
• Strategic mindset translating business goals into actionable channel roadmaps
• Experience mentoring junior team members and leading complex projects
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Own execution and optimisation of campaigns across Google, Bing, Criteo, YouTube and LLM-based ads
• Steer monthly budgets to maximise profitability and contribution margin
• Act as sparring partner to Team Lead Paid Media on strategic initiatives
• Lead and mentor SEA intern, manage capacity and project allocation
• Drive AI-based automation, bidding setups and testing roadmaps
• Collaborate with Analytics and Tech teams for data excellence and tracking
• Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
