Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Sea Logistics Customer Care Expert, Import in Cleveland, OH. You will manage key import customer accounts, linking customers with Sales and Operations, driving satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.

In this role, you will manage key customer accounts, serve as the link between customers, Sales, and Operational Care, and help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence. What we would like you to bring

We're looking for a customer-focused freight forwarding professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

• Experience in freight forwarding, preferably Sea Logistics Imports
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Financial awareness and commercial mindset
