Job summary

Kimberly-Clark seeks a SEA FP&A and Strategy Lead to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making across the SEA region. You will partner with senior leaders, providing insights, forecasting, and analysis to support business objectives and growth.

The role includes ownership of white spaces and collaboration with SEA MD and SEA CFO to develop long-term strategic plans, working with marketing, sales, and supply chain to translate plans into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a multinational or FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the SEA region.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance dashboards to senior leadership.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and proactively recommend actions to drive business performance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls.
• Support transformation initiatives, including process improvements and systems implementation.
