Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and SCM experience.
  • 8+ years of business experience with 5+ years in cross-functional supply chain.
  • 5+ years in data science, analytics and/or data modeling.
  • Advanced analytics, data visualization and dashboard development experience.
  • Willingness to learn new analytical and automation tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership in executing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven decision insights for Enterprise Supply Chain end-to-end operations.
  • Direct data scientists and supply chain consultants in daily duties.
  • Create and maintain robust data architecture for process mining and KPI metrics.
  • Partner with product teams to set strong vision and measure product value.
  • Lead stakeholders to understand data needs and strategic development.
  • Lead network analysis processes and model cycle times.
  • Manage analysis requests, develop assumptions, analyze data, and communicate results.
  • Drive new technology to improve agility, speed, and accuracy of analyses.
  • Oversee opportunities and cross-functional improvement initiatives across Supply Chain.
  • Lead and manage team performance and development.
  • Coach team in data and analytic techniques and change management.
