Job summary

Unlok is building an AI-native investing platform and seeks a hands-on BD lead to scale its affiliate and partnership network across Southeast Asia, focusing on prediction markets. You will recruit and onboard affiliates, manage partner communities, and negotiate commercial terms.

You’ll work directly with founders and a small team, own partner growth in target markets, and test new approaches using data to guide decisions. Strong English and local-language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BD, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or community growth with measurable results.
• Experience leading an external partner network for at least 2 years.
• Fluent in English and local market language; strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to evaluate performance, manage many relationships, and handle operational details.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard affiliates, creators, community leaders, and agencies.
• Manage partner communities via Telegram, WhatsApp, and local channels; support campaigns.
• Negotiate terms including CPA, revenue sharing, and hybrid arrangements.
• Track activity, conversions, retention, profitability, and coordinate reporting issues.
• Build onboarding, CRM, and reporting processes; help grow the BD team.
