Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing surgery, endoscopic procedures, and PACU recovery.
• Perform pre-operative assessments and coordinate with the surgical team to ensure readiness.
• Monitor patients post-operatively using ASPAN guidelines and the Modified Aldrete Score.
• Provide discharge instructions and arrange follow-up appointments as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and staff for safe, coordinated care.
