Job summary

Pace Analytical Life Sciences is seeking an SDS Author to transform data for the safe transport of materials. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance across US, EU, GB and requires proficiency with 3E Generate and data management.

The candidate will author Safety Data Sheets, review regulatory information, and contribute to a collaborative, detail-focused team within the Scientific Insourcing Solutions division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field such as chemistry, biology or related discipline.
• 3+ years of chemical regulatory experience, required
• SDS Authoring experience using 3E Generate
• Experience authoring SDSs for U.S., EU, and GB requirements (with labels)
• Some substance-level data cleansing and data quality work
• Strong understanding of global SDS/regulatory requirements and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Authors Safety Data Sheets in compliance with domestic and global regulations.
• Completes and processes various types of standard regulatory forms, documents, databases, and related materials and information.
• Provides data management and analysis of raw materials.
• Completes general hazard communication and reviews regulatory information for accuracy.
• Works in computer applications and systems related to the work: Excel, Teams, 3E Generate.
