Job summary

Pace Analytical Services seeks a dedicated SDS author for the Scientific Insourcing Solutions division. You will transform data for safe transport of materials domestically and internationally, while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate SDS documentation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in chemistry/biology or related field, 3+ years in chemical regulatory work, and SDS authoring experience including 3E Generate. Strong data handling and global regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology or related discipline.
• 3+ years of chemical regulatory experience.
• 3+ years of SDS authoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Author Safety Data Sheets in compliance with regulations.
• Process regulatory forms and related materials.
• Provide data management and analysis of raw materials.
• Review regulatory information for accuracy and hazard communication.
• Use Excel, Teams, and 3E Generate for workflow.
• Contribute to department efficiency and teamwork.
