Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking an SDS author in the Scientific Insourcing Solutions division. The role focuses on transforming data for safe transport of materials domestically and internationally.

Compensation: $25.00 - 29.00 per hour. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of chemical regulatory and SDS authoring experience, including US, EU, and GB requirements. Training provided and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as chemistry or biology.
• Minimum 3 years of regulatory experience for chemicals.
• Minimum 3 years of SDS authoring experience.
• Experience authoring SDSs for US, EU, and GB with labeling.
• Experience using 3E Generate.
• Some substance-level data cleansing and data quality work.
• Strong understanding of global SDS/regulatory requirements and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Authors Safety Data Sheets in compliance with domestic and global regulations.
• Completes and processes various regulatory forms, documents, databases, and related materials.
• Provides data management and analysis of raw materials.
• Reviews regulatory information for accuracy.
• Uses Excel, Teams, and 3E Generate in daily work.
• Contributes to department efficiency and service quality for customers.
• Promotes Pace's mission and maintains a cooperative workplace.
