Job summary

Argotec S.r.l. is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer II in La Mirada, CA to lead electrical test activities for UST-Lite SDR. You will own I&T, develop verification plans, build test racks, and create EGSE software with Python.

Collaboration with FPGA, software, and hardware teams is essential to ensure test coverage and compliance. The role requires 3+ years in space hardware testing, strong RF measurement skills, and familiarity with Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, and Tektronix equipment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical/Computer/Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years testing space flight hardware experience.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Experience with environmental and qualification testing.

Responsibilities

• Own I&T of the SDR including planning and execution of tests.
• Develop verification activities and EGSE test software in Python.
• Design and assemble test equipment racks and hardware emulators.
• Lead TRRs, write certification and anomaly reports, support architect reviews.
• Collaborate with FPGA, software, and hardware teams to validate interfaces.
