Argotec is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support SDR development in our California lab. You will perform precision assembly, soldering, harness fabrication, and lab setup, working with engineers across hardware, RF, and software domains.

You will inspect assemblies, manage lab inventory, and assist with RF/environmental tests, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on electronic assembly and lab support.

Responsabilidades

• Precisely assemble and rework PCAs, cable harnesses, and RF interconnects per IPC/NASA specs.
• Inspect hardware with microscopes and measurement tools for quality and conformance.
• Maintain inventory and document build/test records, including traceability.
• Set up and operate lab benches, test equipment, and environmental test systems.
• Follow safety, quality, and configuration control procedures.
