Job description

About Conduit

Conduit is an AI agent platform purpose-built for hospitality. Hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts deploy our agents across guest-facing communication and internal operations, running millions of workflows a day.

Hospitality is 10% of global GDP and it turns on customer experience. Resolving a guest request immediately is most of that experience, and resolving one means moving across several tools and between several people. That coordination is the work, and it is what our agents do.

Role: SDR Manager

Outbound already works here. The playbooks book meetings, the stack is built, and RevOps supports it. Conduit needs someone whose whole job is running that team.

You will hire the team, ramp it, and double it in your first 90 days across short-term rental managers and hotels, while meeting quality stays where it is today. This is a player-coach seat. You spend your first weeks on the phones in each segment so you can teach the motion from experience.

You will work in person, five days a week, in San Francisco, and report to the CEO.

What the work looks like
  • Hire fast without lowering the bar. Build the capacity model, run the loop, and fill a cohort of SDRs in your first 30 days. The loop tests the actual job: a live cold call and an account-mapping exercise.
  • Ramp every rep. Week-by-week ramp quotas and certification on the Conduit's product lines.
  • Coach on real calls. Weekly Gong review for every rep, one scorecard, and one specific fix per rep per week.
  • Rewrite the playbooks. Short-term rental managers and hotels are different buyers with different sales cycles, so each gets its own: talk tracks, sequences, objection handling, qualification, and a library of the best calls. Test a change with one or two reps before the whole team switches.
  • Own the numbers. A meeting counts when it is held and the AE accepts it. You own held meetings, AE acceptance, and SDR-sourced pipeline by segment, on one Salesforce dashboard.
  • Build the path to AE. Name a team lead from the first cohort and promote the reps who earn it.
Who you are
  • You have managed SDRs and the numbers went up. You led an SDR or BDR team at a B2B SaaS company, and the team hit its pipeline targets.
  • You have done the job. You carried an SDR quota yourself and you can still book a meeting today.
  • You can tell who will ramp. You have hired several reps in a single month and most of them made it.
  • You know the pipeline math. You can tell a volume problem from a conversion problem and build a hiring plan the founders can budget against.
  • You run a tight week. Standups, 1:1s, and pipeline reviews that change what reps do the next day.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus. Selling to short-term rental managers, hotels, or hospitality tech, or growing a team through Series A or B.
  • Experience. 2+ years directly managing an SDR or BDR team, and time carrying an SDR quota yourself.
