Job description

About Conduit

Conduit is an AI agent platform purpose-built for hospitality. Hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts deploy our agents across guest-facing communication and internal operations, running millions of workflows a day.

Hospitality is 10% of global GDP and it turns on customer experience. Resolving a guest request immediately is most of that experience, and resolving one means moving across several tools and between several people. That coordination is the work, and it is what our agents do.

Role: Head of Revenue

New business at Conduit has grown fast, but nobody has owned the revenue that comes after the first signature. This role owns it.

Most Conduit customers started with one product. We now sell four: Messaging, Voice, Portals, and Operations. Your job is to make every renewal bigger than the last and move customers onto the full platform.

This is a player-coach seat. You carry the top of the book yourself, prove what works, write the playbook, then hire the Account Managers who run it. You will work in person, five days a week, in San Francisco.

What the work looks like
  • Own renewals. A dated plan on every renewal at least 120 days before it comes due. Uplift standards, multi-year and prepay offers, discount rules, and a save motion for accounts at risk.

  • Sell the rest of the platform. Map the expansion whitespace in every account: products not bought, properties and listings not covered, brands and regions not live. Build upsell plays off usage data.

  • Rebuild pricing and packaging. Price metrics, tiers, bundles, add-ons, and the discount ladder. Move legacy and grandfathered accounts onto current pricing at renewal. Ship one price book that reps quote from without custom approvals.

  • Own the revenue number. Run all revenue reporting and the forecast, reconcile every revenue source to Salesforce, and build the hiring model that keeps the team on pace to hit goal.

  • Build the team. Hire and develop the first Account Managers once the motion is proven.

Who you are
  • You have owned a renewal and expansion number. At a Series A or B SaaS company, and you built the motion yourself instead of inheriting it.

  • You ask for the money. You negotiate with owners, operators, and finance teams, and you keep the uplift when someone pushes back the first time.

  • You have rebuilt pricing before. You know how to move legacy customers onto new pricing without losing them.

  • You know the systems. You can design pipeline in Salesforce, write a spec RevOps builds from, and find expansion triggers in usage data.

  • You still close. You carry a book and run the hardest renewals yourself.

  • Vertical SaaS experience is a strong plus. Hospitality tech or proptech.

  • Experience. 6+ years in B2B SaaS account management, expansion, or sales owning a number, including time at a fast-growing startup.

Compensation and Benefits

$190,000 to $260,000 OTE, plus meaningful equity. Reports to the CEO.
