Job summary

Astranis is seeking a Software Defined Radio Hardware Associate for Summer 2027 in San Francisco. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and test PCBA hardware from scratch (student projects acceptable).
• Solid foundation in RF design, mixed-signal design, and power integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, implement, and test internally developed software defined radio hardware.
• Bring up and debug hardware in the lab with high-end instruments and equipment.
• Write code to evaluate performance and automate testing of satellite hardware.
• Integrate these systems into the spacecraft working with the team.
