You will work within our caring team to support access to medical, social, educational, vocational, and recreational services, promoting independence and community integration.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in a social work-related field.
• Minimum of one year of direct work experience in adult mental health case management.
• One year experience in the human service field.

Responsibilities

• Provide SDMI case management to adults with severe and disabling mental illnesses as defined by Montana.
• Help clients access medical, social, educational, vocational, and recreational services.
