Job summary

Healthcare Realty is seeking an Application Developer & SDLC Lead to strengthen integrations and user-facing apps, including AI-assisted development efforts. You will guide the SDLC, align teams, and ensure secure, reliable deployments in cloud environments.

Working with IT leadership, developers, and stakeholders, you will define processes, perform reviews, and build reusable templates to drive consistent delivery across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' related experience.
• Experience guiding SDLC from requirements to production.
• Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Experience coordinating across IT and business stakeholders.
• Experience with SDLC standards and governance.
• Strong security and authentication knowledge.
• Experience deploying Azure-hosted apps.
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, Python.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a scalable SDLC framework.
• Coordinate with IT leadership and delivery teams.
• Lead hands-on SDLC for application initiatives.
• Promote SDLC practices across teams.
• Identify gaps and coordinate remediation.
• Document requirements, decisions, checklists.
• Maintain templates, runbooks and release records.
• Track SDLC status, risks and decisions.
• Ensure secure, reliable applications and AI-assisted projects.
• Build secure integrations and support procedures.
• Coordinate testing, remediation, and deployment readiness.
• Create technical documentation.
