Hightouch is seeking an foundational engineering role focused on building SDKs, on-device experiences, and backend systems that connect marketers with customers inside native apps and the web. You will own projects from start to finish and work directly with customers to shape the platform.

The role emphasizes designing SDKs and host-application integration, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end ownership and collaboration with customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship SDKs and libraries for iOS, Android, React Native, and web apps.
• Build on-device systems for behavioral data collection and local batching to the backend.
• Implement on-device cross-channel orchestration to avoid duplicate messages across devices.
• Develop in-app messaging and on-device experiences with local eligibility rules.
• Co-design server APIs and backend systems that pair with the SDKs.
