On Me is seeking a mobile software engineer to own the native iOS and Android apps end‑to‑end, delivering polished, high‑performing experiences.

You will design, implement, and ship features in Swift and Kotlin, ensure strong UX, integrate with backend APIs, optimize across devices, and drive performance in a fast‑growing startup. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping native mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android), with strong experience in at least one and working knowledge of the other.
• Strong product and UX mindset; end‑to‑end flows are important.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
• Ability to own projects from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship native iOS and/or Android features.
• Build high-quality, fluid mobile UIs with attention to polish and performance.
• Architect and evolve mobile codebases for maintainability and performance.
• Integrate with backend APIs and collaborate on API design.
• Drive mobile architectural decisions to support scaling to hundreds of thousands of users.
