This position requires strong expertise in test automation, quality engineering practices, CI/CD integration, and end-to-end application testing.## **Key Responsibilities*** Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for application migration, modernization, and technology remediation programs.* Develop, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, system, and regression testing.* Validate application functionality, performance, and business processes following WebSphere migrations and modernization efforts.* Build and execute automated test suites using Selenium, Java, TestNG, REST API automation tools, and modern testing frameworks.* Support test data management, environment validation, release certification, and deployment verification activities.* Collaborate closely with development teams to implement Shift-Left testing methodologies and quality engineering best practices.* Perform end-to-end, integration, system, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.* Lead defect triage sessions, quality reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable continuous delivery.* Define quality metrics, reporting standards, and testing governance across modernization programs.* Ensure adherence to enterprise quality standards and support release readiness assessments.## **Required Skills*** 6-9 years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering.
