Lead software-specific design and realization, oversee testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package-based solutions. Review project plans to formulate and implement project activity. Direct daily operations of department including analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, coordinating workloads and assignments developing standards, and setting deadlines. Define service level agreements for the applications within the projects and devise plans based on the business criticality. Maintain client relationships and meet regularly with Senior Management. Collaborate with Senior Management in conducting risk analysis and client interface, which includes budgetary and quality assurance. Select, monitor and interface with offshore software development teams, including managing quality control and compliance with the delivery schedule for the entire project life cycle. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.## Job SpecificationMust have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering(any), Math, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, plus three (3) years of software development, consulting, or business analysis experience in IT field. Must have one (1) year of IT technical work experience using one of the following skill sets: 1. GitHub, Jenkins, and AWS;2. JIRA, Postman, and Eclipse;3. Informatica, Docker, and Python;4. Java, Enovia, and Unix;5. RPG, DB2, and IBM i operating system; OR6. ServiceNow, Oracle, and JIRA.All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required based on business needs. International travel not required.
