Job summary

Stellent IT LLC is seeking a QA Automation Engineer III in Cincinnati for a 4-month onsite contract. The role emphasizes test automation leadership, framework development, and cross-functional collaboration within an Agile squad, focusing on banking/loan domain testing and data validation.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with Selenium, Appium, UI/API testing, Snowflake data tests, and AI-assisted testing techniques to improve reliability and test coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript for test automation.
• Solid SQL and database interaction knowledge (DB2, Snowflake).
• Hands-on API testing experience with modern tools and methodologies.
• Proficient in Git for source control and collaboration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Familiarity with ALM tools (Digital.ai or qTest).
• Experience with WebdriverIO, ReadyAPI, VS Code, Postman.
• Expertise in POM, data-driven, Selenium, Appium frameworks.
• Experience with data extract testing and Snowflake.
• AI-assisted testing concepts for self-healing locators and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation frameworks and maintain automation code with high standards.
• Develop reusable framework components and ensure coverage across UI, API, and data layers.
• Lead test strategy, planning, and execution within an Agile squad.
• Create and maintain comprehensive automated test suites and test data management.
• Collaborate with developers, QA and product teams to ensure requirements are testable.
• Reproduce issues, analyze data, and drive timely delivery of quality software.
• Apply AI techniques for self-healing locators and visual validation in tests.
