Job summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking a QA Automation Test Engineer for a contract role in Cincinnati, Ohio with a hybrid schedule. The SDET will drive quality engineering, design and develop test automation frameworks, and lead automation strategies across web and API layers.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Proficient in Java, Python, JavaScript and API testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile and QA governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy and framework development within an Agile squad.
• Design and implement reusable automation components for web and API testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality across releases.
• Foster automation best practices including self-healing locators and AI-enhanced tests.
