Greenlight is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test II to advance quality across mobile, web, and API platforms. You will design scalable test frameworks, drive automation in deployment pipelines, and push for early testing in development.

The role emphasizes AI-driven test case generation and self-healing automation to reduce maintenance. You will collaborate with developers and product teams, implement reusable testing components, and contribute to improving testing coverage and

Formación

4+ years of experience as a software development engineer in test.
Experience building mobile and web automation using Appium and Cypress.
Experience with API automation frameworks like Rest Assured and Kotest.
Hands-on or strong interest in AI/LLM-based systems and agentic workflows.
Experience with self-healing automation for mobile, web, and API testing.
Ability to communicate automation plans with the development team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in large systems.
Experience with CI/CD tools to integrate test suites.
Deep understanding of testing APIs and microservices.
Proven triage and root-cause analysis abilities.
Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
Experience with Jira/Atlassian for project tracking.

Responsabilidades

Define the scope and procedures for quality engineering of the application, including automated test scripts.
Determine the best automation framework fit to enable developers to own testing features.
Design and build agent-driven test automation frameworks across web, API and mobile.
Develop AI agents for test case generation from specs and user flows.
Implement self-healing automation to improve test stability.
Test APIs for resiliency, latency, and performance across components.
Extend tests and bring them to automated build tests.
Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand customer needs and automate everything.
Create reusable components to distribute as libraries across apps.
Triage issues with logging and define coverage at unit/integration/e2e levels.
Interface with service teams for POCs and tooling improvements.
Support CI/CD pipeline testing strategies and update pipeline files.
Own testing metrics and report improvements across levels.
Demonstrate alignment with company culture and values.
