Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced SDET with strong automation expertise to design scalable test frameworks from scratch, covering web, API, and mobile applications.

You will integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Concourse, GitHub Actions), perform real-device testing, and collaborate across teams to ensure product quality in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should excel in debugging and architecture, and be comfortable building from scratch to scale.

Qualifications

• Strong programming in Python and solid testing fundamentals.
• Experience with Cypress (JavaScript) and/or Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with automation framework design and architecture.
• Expertise in parallel execution strategies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and cloud-based testing tools.
• Strong knowledge of API testing and automation frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Implement parallel testing across browsers and devices.
• Build and maintain automated tests for web, APIs, and mobile apps.
• Develop scripts for real device testing in labs and Sauce Labs.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Concourse and GitHub Actions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
