Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking an SDET to join the Gaming team who designs and executes tests for new game themes and operating systems under Senior Engineer/Manager guidance.

You will derive SQA plans from system requirements, use Visual Studio and C/C++, and work with Linux/Unix in a fast-paced, regulated gaming environment. Collaboration, timely delivery, and knowledge of the product lifecycle are essential.

Qualifications

Experience deriving SQA plans/cases from system requirements.
Knowledge and experience using Visual Studio.
Knowledge and experience with C and/or C++.
Knowledge and experience using Linux/Unix.
Software Test methodologies and Product Development lifecycle.
Automation experience a plus.
Gaming industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify test cases, develop and execute test plans and scripts for new game themes and operating systems.
Follow requirements and directions provided by Senior Engineer/Manager.
Utilize all required databases for SQE functions and testing.
Introduction and overview of software test methodologies and overall product development lifecycle.
Assist in reproduction of issues to assist software development in resolving issues.
Utilize all required tools/databases for carrying out necessary functions and testing.
