Job summary

Coforge is seeking a QA Automation Engineer in Fort Mill, SC to design, implement, and scale automated tests for UI, API, and integration layers using Playwright. You will work with developers, product owners, and QE teams to ensure early defect detection and high-quality releases.

The role requires 5-7 years of experience in test automation, strong Playwright expertise, and a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field. Experience with CI/CD and API testing is preferred.

• Support regression, smoke, and release testing for critical deployments.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience with Playwright.
• Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in working with cloud‑based testing environments.
