Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Seattle is hiring an SDE for the WorkSpaces team. You will design and build features for our cloud desktop and interactive streaming platform end-to-end, from scoping through production.

You will write clean, scalable code, optimize real-time streaming paths, and contribute to operations and on-call duties. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and partner teams across AWS to deliver secure, highly available infrastructure for enterprise

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
• Experience programming with at least one programming language.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds and testing.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features for the cloud desktop and streaming platform end-to-end.
• Write clean, maintainable code and optimize latency and reliability.
• Operate what you ship and participate in on-call duties.
• Collaborate across AWS services to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure.
