Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• 1+ years designing and developing large-scale multi-tiered or distributed software
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using AWS-native technologies.
• Build full-stack experiences spanning backend services and modern web and voice front ends.
• Build AI learning, coaching, and assessment capabilities.
• Integrate enablement capabilities into one seller experience through clean APIs.
• Apply GenAI patterns to content generation, search, de-duplication, and summarization.
• Work in a fast-paced, AI-first development process to accelerate design and delivery.
• Own operational excellence for services: monitoring, on-call participation, and cost optimization.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and mentor junior engineers.
