Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture of new and existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building new features on a low latency, high throughput unified case management platform.
• Build AI-native services for intelligent routing, contextual recommendations, summarization, and conversational interfaces.
• Create data models and pipelines for end-to-end visibility of the customer journey from case creation to resolution.
