Job summary

Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) is hiring Software Development Engineers to build mission-critical cloud services in secure environments supporting national security customers. You will work on distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and automation, with ownership of code from design to deployment.

We seek curious engineers able to tackle complex problems, collaborate across teams, and thrive in an Agile, CI/CD-driven environment. A TS/SCI clearance sponsorship is available upon start.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one general-purpose programming language (Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design, build, and operate new products and services.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
• Build and maintain distributed systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective.
• Leverage GenAI tools to enhance development productivity.
