Lewis & Clark College is seeking a part-time Service window associate to support financial operations on campus in Portland, OR. You will process payments, provide policy guidance, review accounts, and deliver friendly customer service at the service window.
The role includes reconciling the cash drawer, basic spreadsheet/data entry tasks, and general office support. Federal Work-Study eligibility is required; schedule is 11am–3pm on M, T, TH, F for up to 10 hours weekly.
The office of Student and Departmental Account Services provides financial services to the entire Lewis & Clark College community and external establishments by processing financial and accounting activities for the intuition. This position is primarily a customer facing position providing payment and policy guidance, basic account review, and processing transactions at our service window, as well as providing general office support.

We are looking for support on M,T,TH,F between the hours of 11am - 3pm for up to 10 hours per week.
$16.80 per hour
Eligible for Federal Work Study funding, as determined by the office of Financial Aid.
