Cymertek is seeking a Scrum Master in Chantilly, VA to drive agile initiatives. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and coach teams toward continuous improvement, fostering accountability and transparency.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, Jira/Trello proficiency, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through Scrum. U.S. citizenship with TS/SCI full poly clearance is required.
