Job summary

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has successfully led large-scale Salesforce programs within Banking or Financial Services organizations, understands how to coordinate multiple Agile teams within a SAFe environment, and can effectively manage a Scrum of Scrums or Agile Release Train.

This is not a traditional single-team Scrum Master role. We are seeking a leader who has experience orchestrating enterprise-scale delivery, aligning multiple workstreams, and ensuring successful execution across a complex Salesforce implementation within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Senior Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Agile Program Lead.
• Proven experience supporting Salesforce implementations within Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management organizations.
• Strong experience leading multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating:
• Scrum of Scrums
• Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Program Increment (PI) Planning
• Deep understanding of SAFe methodologies and enterprise Agile governance.
• SAFe Certified.
• Experience managing stakeholder communications across business and technology teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile metrics, forecasting, team velocity management, and release planning.
• Wealth Management background/ experience.
