What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and facilitate scrum meetings, including PI Planning, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups, and Demos
• Build relationships to foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation within a cross-functional Agile software development team
• Promote Agile quality practices and serve as a resource for questions across organizations
• Advise government personnel on process improvements and standardization
• Collaborate with senior client leadership teams in client-delivery engagements
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Proven experience leading Agile teams with automated application deployments, scaling, and management
• Strong background in large-scale software development, data management, and software integration projects
• Expertise in the SAFe Agile framework
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs, tools, processes, and frameworks
• SAFe Certified Scrum Master
