Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a SCRUM Master to join the NIH CIT Hosting and Storage Services Program in Bethesda, MD. This hybrid role requires three days on site and active Public Trust eligibility, with fingerprinting at a designated facility.

You will lead scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, coordinate cross‑team work, and mentor teams in Agile practices while supporting NIH and large federal IT programs.

Qualifications

• 6 years managing Agile delivery and sprint execution.

GDIT is looking for a SCRUM Master to join our National Institutes of Health (NIH) CIT Hosting and Storage Services Program.

This is a HYBRID role - 3 days on customer site in Bethesda MD.

This role will require you to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and will require you to provide onsite fingerprinting at a designated facility. This investigation may review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Tracks actions, deadlines, and deliverables to maintain schedule discipline
• Supports reporting, coordination, and risk tracking across task areas
• Support team members and mentoring them in Agile practices

Required Qualifications:

• 6 years managing Agile delivery and sprint execution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified SCRUM Master (CSM)
• Experience in translating requirements and facilitating discussions
• Experience in identifying and removing impediments to maintain workflow

• Experience supporting large federal IT programs
