Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a SCRUM Master to join the NIH CIT Hosting and Storage Services Program in Bethesda, MD. This hybrid role requires three days on site and active Public Trust eligibility, with fingerprinting at a designated facility.

You will lead scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, coordinate cross‑team work, and mentor teams in Agile practices while supporting NIH and large federal IT programs.

Qualifications

• 6 years managing Agile delivery and sprint execution.
• Experience coordinating schedules, workflows, and cross‑team planning.
• Skilled in backlog management and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables to maintain schedule discipline.
• Support reporting, coordination, and risk tracking across task areas.
• Support team members and mentor them in Agile practices.
