Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Plans and facilitates scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, demos, reviews, retrospectives).
• Maintains JIRA and other information radiators for the teams.
• Collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements.
• Acts as a liaison between development teams and product management to ensure process.
• Identifies and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent milestones.
• Motivates teams to own all aspects of committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation).
• Provides reports on team capacity and performance against capacity.
• Scrum Master for up to three medium Agile teams or one large consolidated team.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide less-experienced professionals as needed.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Experience: 3+ years of related experience
• Technical skills: Plans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintains JIRA and other information radiators for the teams
• Collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements
• Acts as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project process is made
• Identifies and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones
• Motivates teams to perform and ensures team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.)
• Provides reports based on team capacity and how the team is preforming against capacity
• Serves as a scrum master for up to three medium size Agile teams or one large consolidated Agile team
• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Location: Chantilly, VA (customer site)
• US citizenship required
