Qualifications

• Strong experience as Scrum Master in complex technology environments.
• Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and related delivery practices.
• Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
• Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect delivery, productivity, or team effectiveness.
• Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, capacity, velocity, and other Agile metrics.
• Support product owners in maintaining a prioritized, refined backlog.
• Promote continuous improvement through data-driven retrospectives and actionable plans.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and issues to leadership while protecting the team from disruptions.
