Job summary

iShare Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to bridge technology and business teams in a Houston-based onsite role. You will lead Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and align delivery with strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate will empower teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven retrospectives. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders on Agile principles.
• Translate business priorities into delivery plans with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, operations and other stakeholders.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting delivery, productivity or team effectiveness.
• Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, capacity, velocity and other Agile metrics.
• Support product owners in maintaining a ready backlog for delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement with data-driven retrospectives and action plans.
• Communicate delivery status, risks and issues to leadership.
• Protect the team from disruptions while maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Encourage mature Agile behaviors beyond ceremonies.
