Job summary

CACI is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead up to two cross-functional teams in Austin, TX. You will coach agile practices, coordinate with government product owners, and brief leadership on status and deliverables.

The role supports the Navy Distributed Operations product, enabling scalable agile execution and program-level metrics. Local travel up to 10% may be required, with an emphasis on effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in managing an agile team.
• Applied understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and experience coaching teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office / Teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an agile/scrum product team.
• Conduct agile scrum ceremonies.
• Track and collect agile metrics for program level metrics.
• Facilitate team velocity and remove blockers.
• Support release planning and system design.
• Responsible for team performance and deliverables.
• Create meeting agendas and track action items.
• Facilitate team communications with product owners and stakeholders.
• Prepare briefings on product status for leadership.
• Collaborate across multiple organizations.
• Document and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Program Manager with contract deliverable documentation.
