Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Scrum Master to support a Navy modernization program, driving Agile outcomes and helping the team deliver sprint goals with focus and discipline to meet critical milestones.
You will coach the development team on Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban practices, leverage Azure DevOps and PowerBI for transparent metrics, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners while ensuring compliance with security requirements and program expectations.

Using tools like Azure DevOps or PowerBI you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully delivered to meet key outcomes and customer expectations. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
