Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Mid-level Scrum Master to support a Navy modernization program and help the team meet sprint goals. You will coach the development team and apply Agile practices using Azure DevOps and PowerBI to improve processes and delivery.

Required are 3+ years of experience in software development or related fields, familiarity with SAFe/Scrum/Kanban, and a Secret clearance. A Bachelor's degree and CSM/SAFe certification are preferred, with Jira/ServiceNow experience a plus.

On our team, you’ll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You’ll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like Azure DevOps or PowerBI you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully delivered to meet key outcomes and customer expectations.

You Have

• 3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
• Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
