Job summary

StratEdge IT Consulting INC in Raritan, NJ is seeking an experienced Scrum Master focused on Life Sciences and CPG. This onsite role requires guiding Agile Release Train teams, coaching Scrum practices, and driving value delivery in regulated environments.

Responsibilities include facilitating ART events, backlog refinement with Product Owners, and ensuring adherence to GxP and DevOps principles. The position offers a $50/hr C2C rate with on-site presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Mandatory GxP experience, preferably in validated environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, continuous testing, and Agile engineering practices.
• Willingness to participate in onsite Scrum events at least 3 days per week in Raritan, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events to align with delivery objectives.
• Act as a servant leader, Chief Scrum Master, and Agile coach for teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, team members, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage product backlogs, refine user stories, and support estimation.
