Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Healthcare diagnostics or biotech.
- Proven onshore Agile delivery experience with distributed teams.
- Strong healthcare/laboratory domain knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Servant Leader and Agile Coach for cross-functional development teams.
- Facilitate core ceremonies: Sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives.
- Enable team ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
