Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct healthy Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, planning, iteration reviews and retrospectives.
  • Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, and risk logs to support delivery visibility, governance, and timely escalation of schedule risks.
  • Communicate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to gather required information, confirm progress, and maintain delivery alignment.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepares status reports, and follows up on action items to sustain delivery momentum and stakeholder alignment.
  • Apply established project management procedures and agile frameworks to support sprint planning, backlog management, and program coordination.
  • Recommends minor improvements to project documentation practices and coordination workflows to strengthen delivery consistency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, technical project management, or a related field required.
  • Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred.
