This role leads project and program initiatives across business units, coordinating timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields, 6+ years in project/program management, and PMP or CAPM certifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Master's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in business project/program management, PMO, portfolio management, change management, or a related field required.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads assigned project and program activities by coordinating timelines, milestones, meetings, and follow-up actions across business initiatives.
  • Develops project plans, status updates, trackers, and documentation to support execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Aligns internal teams to collect requirements, confirm dependencies, and maintain alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Evaluates project progress, resource needs, and performance data to identify variances, emerging concerns, and completion risks.
  • Investigates issues, delays, and process breakdowns to determine root causes and support timely resolution.
  • Recommends updates to plans, priorities, and working methods to improve delivery effectiveness and maintain progress against expectations.
  • Standardizes templates, reporting routines, and coordination practices to strengthen project administration and portfolio consistency.
